Physical Improvements . . . are happening on Main Street! Main Street's Design Committee and the Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) work directly with businesses and property owners to assist them with Facade improvements that will enchance the character of their building and maintain the overall look of the downtown. State DCED Grant opportunities are availabe through the Main Street Program as a 50/50 match in order to assist businesses with the cost of construction and renovation. The Historical Architectural Review Board meets at Noon on the third Monday of each month, in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
