The Bradford Area Multi-Tenant Center is located in the City of Bradford, McKean County, PA. The 40,000 sq. ft. Butler-type building was built in 1994. Measuring approximately 110'x360', the building is divided into cells of 20,000 sq. ft., 12,000 sq. ft., and 8,000 sq. ft. Each cell has a loading dock and restroom facilities. Building construction allows for the capability of adding on if necessary. The cells are separately metered for all utilities. The Multi-Tenant Center is owned by the City of Bradford and managed by the Office of Economic and Community Development. The purpose of the center is to provide space for local companies to meet their expansion needs or to attract new companies to the area. Flexibility exists with respect to the terms of the lease and rental rates.

Currently the City of Bradford leases the 12,000 sq. ft. cell to Label.com, a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels. The 20,000 sq. ft. cell is leased to Microtech Knives, Inc., a manufacturer of knives and guns which are sold to defense and law enforcement agencies. The 8,000 sq. ft. cell is available for lease.
