Old City Hall, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is located at the corner of Kennedy and Boylston Streets in Bradford, McKean County, PA. The City of Bradford completed the rehabilitation of this building, including the development of parking at an approximate cost of $5 million.

During 2004, the City of Bradford completed the majority of the restoration work on the exterior of Old City Hall which included replacement of the roof, decorative ornamental metal replacement, replacement of windows, exterior painting, and the cleaning and repointing of the exterior brick, terra cotta and stone surfaces.

During 2006, the second phase of the project, which included roof and window replacement on the annex, a new handicap accessible entrance, a service entrance, the installation of an elevator, all new building systems, the interior restoration and site work was completed.

Offices currently located in the building include Steve Grillo and Adam Jack of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Dr. Brian Volpe, Attorney Mark Hollenbeck, Main Street Manager, Deerfield Behavorial Health, and the McKean County VA Clinic.
