The Bradford Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) completed site grading and infrastructure activities for the first phase development of Lafferty Hollow Industrial Park in October of 2003. Phase I contains three building lots ranging in size from 2.64 to 2.75 and 2.7 acres. These lots are immediately available for further development.

Phase II of development will consist of the construction of a dedicated access road from State Route 46 tying into the internal transportation system of the industrial park with construction to begin in the Spring of 2007. This will enable the BEDC to offer larger tracts of land for further development. The entire 350-acre industrial park is located in a State approved Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ).  KOZ sites are eligible for tax abatements until December 31, 2013.

Currently, the BEDC is working with PennDot and the necessary regulatory agencies for permitting. Bids are expected to be awarded in early summer 2007 with construction to begin thereafter.
