Lafferty Hollow Industrial Park

Foster Township, McKean County, PA

The Bradford Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) completed site grading and infrastructure activities for the first phase development of Lafferty Hollow Access Road Construction Industrial Park in October of 2003. Phase I contains three building lots ranging in size from 2.64 to 2.75 and 2.7 acres. These lots are immediately available for further development.

Phase II of development includes the construction of a dedicated access road from State Route 46 tying into the internal transportation system of the industrial park.  In April 2009 a contract for construction of the access road was awarded to Horizon Construction Group, Inc.  in the amount of $1,780,466.00.  Construction is currently underway with completion scheduled for December 2009.  This will enable the BEDC to offer larger tracts of land for further development. The entire 350-acre industrial park is located in a State approved Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ). KOZ sites are eligible for tax abatements until December 31, 2013.
